 * A buncha chilis, don’t skimp

 * Eyeball some garlic, onion, and ‘maters

 * Little bit of that ‘mater juice and vinegar

 * Ranch spices. Don’t know ‘em, you don’t need this recipe

 * Beef broth like grandma used to make
